Rohan Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms that solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Data Visualization: Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest data science techniques, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve our data science capabilities.
• Data Preprocessing: Clean, preprocess, and transform data to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Feature Engineering: Perform feature engineering to extract meaningful features from raw data for model building.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed models and refine them as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data science projects, methodologies, and processes.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance on best practices in data science.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with data science libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Data Visualization Tools: Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Statistical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
